Abakus is designed to calculate salary and tax-related results directly on your device. The salary, tax class, federal state, insurance choices, children information, church tax setting, and calculation history you enter are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
Your calculation history and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's frameworks. This local data remains on your device unless you delete the app or clear the data within the app.
Abakus uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve the app experience, interface, and features. Analytics may include information such as app interactions, app language, device information, approximate location, and diagnostic information.
We do not send salary amounts, tax class, federal state, insurance choices, children information, church tax setting, or calculation results to Firebase Analytics.
You can disable analytics collection in the app settings.
Abakus uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information when the app crashes. This helps us find and fix bugs, improve stability, and maintain app functionality.
Crash reports may include technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, diagnostic data, and recent non-sensitive app interactions before a crash.
Abakus uses Firebase, a service provided by Google, for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may process analytics and diagnostic data according to Google's privacy practices.
Abakus does not use this data for third-party advertising, targeted advertising, data broker sharing, or cross-app tracking.
Abakus does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and we do not use analytics or crash data for advertising tracking purposes.
