Canvas & Crowd
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Canvas & Crowd (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a community app for artists to share their work and its progress. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address, a username, and (optionally) a display name and avatar image. Your email is used for authentication and account recovery only; it is not shown to other users.
Content you create. Artwork images, timelapse videos and their stages, titles, descriptions, mediums, comments, critiques, replies, likes, saves, collections, and follows. Content you post publicly is visible to other users. Content you mark private is visible only to you.
Technical data. Standard data required to operate the service, such as authentication tokens and timestamps.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, or device advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
The app accesses your photo library only to let you pick images to upload as artwork or timelapse stages, and to save videos you choose to export.
Your data is stored and processed using Supabase (Postgres database, storage, and authentication). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except our infrastructure provider (Supabase) as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
Canvas & Crowd is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
